Brian is the COO and Managing Partner of FMC Avionics Services.

Brian Nagashima is a US Navy veteran who got his start as an Aviation Electrician’s Mate working on ES-3A’s in the late 90’s. In 2000, he started his General Aviation career at Stevens Aviation in Nashville, TN as an Avionics installation and service tech. He got his Airframes & Powerplants certificate in 2008 while working for a Nashville based jet charter company. After the recession took a toll on the charter business, he went back to work as the Avionics installation shop supervisor at Stevens Aviation before going to work at Harrison Avionics in Springfield, TN in 2011. In 2012, he moved home to Alabama, and worked for RainAir Aircraft Services in Albertville, AL as an A&P mechanic and Avionics tech until 2019, when he went to work at Southern Sky Aviation in Birmingham, AL. In 2023, he went to work for Fighter Maintenance Contracting in Gadsden, AL as an Avionics tech working on the experimental Aero Vodochody L-39 Albatros aircraft and started the application process for a FAA Part 145 Avionics repair station in Gadsden, AL.
